Over the years we've always had customers wanting to deal direct with us, visiting the factory to see the guitars being made and then sit for a time ... sometimes a long time, playing a wide selection of Avalons in our demonstration room.

Selling direct from the factory was never openly advertised and was reserved for customers who came to the factory to view and play the available guitars. However, due to the increased requests for direct sales we now have to take a positive step to facilitate this for the UK and European market only.

You now have the ability to purchase Legacy Standard and Premier models direct from the Avalon workshops at very keen "factory" pricing. There will also be some custom one-off pieces to watch out for from time to time.

When you purchase a guitar from the online shop you can personalise it by adding a 3 letter shell inlay at the 12th fret.
You can also order a "custom" guitar if you don't see exactly what you want, just contact us and discuss available options.

All guitars will come with the normal Avalon Lifetime Warranty and ship with a Hardshell Case.
